This recipe has been tweaked to something the whole family loves.
Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs garlic crushed
- 1 broccoli chopped
- 500 g chicken
- 500 g spiral pasta
- 5 cups water
- 5 tsp chicken stock powder
- 125 g cream cheese chopped room temperature
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
Method

Step 1Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Step 2Add garlic and onion, then cook until soft.

Step 3Add chicken, carrots, broccoli, water, stock powder and uncooked pasta, and then bring to the boil.

Step 4Cook under pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 5Once pressure's released, stir through all cheeses.
Recipe Notes
Leave cream cheese at room temperature, this will make melting easier.
