Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs garlic crushed
  • 1 broccoli chopped
  • 500 g chicken
  • 500 g spiral pasta
  • 5 cups water
  • 5 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 125 g cream cheese chopped room temperature
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic and onion, then cook until soft.

  • Step 3
    Add chicken, carrots, broccoli, water, stock powder and uncooked pasta, and then bring to the boil.
  • Step 4
    Cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Once pressure's released, stir through all cheeses.
Recipe Notes

Leave cream cheese at room temperature, this will make melting easier.
