Soft choc chip cookies. Simply delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 cup milk chocolate chips
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2Place flour into a large mixing bowl with baking powder, white sugar, salt and choc chips, and stir.

Step 3Place eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and butter into bowl of an electric mixer and stir until blended and a golden colour.

Step 4Add mixtures together and stir.

Step 5Place mixture onto lined baking tray and bake for 22-24 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Be sure not to make the cookies too thin, or put them too close together on the tray as they do spread out.
