Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 x 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 1 bunch silverbeet cut into strips
  • 4 tbs vegetable stock powder
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

Method

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients to large saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Top up with water until saucepan is filled to approximately 3 cm from the top.
  • Step 3
    Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Recipe Notes
I like to remove the stalk from the silverbeet. This is optional.
