This cake is very quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 86 g Dr Oetker vanilla custard powder
- 930 g canned mandarins in syrup segmented
- 500 g Savoiardi sponge finger biscuits
- 2 cups grapes
- 2 cups hot chocolate
- 375 g dark cooking chocolate *to decorate
Method

Step 1Dip each sponge finger halfway into chocolate drink. Arrange them on a bottom in springform pan and top with half of grapes.

Step 2Pour the thickened cream into a separate plastic container. Add custard powder and mandarins with syrup. Close the lid and shake until cream becomes thick. Spread the cream over the grapes.

Step 3Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and leave in fridge over night. Serve cold.

Recipe Notes
This cake is very soft so put it into the freezer for a few minutes before serving.
