Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 large egg
  • 50 g butter cubed
  • 4 tbs milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbs parsley chopped fresh
  • 4 slices smoked salmon

Method

  • Step 1
    Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix butter through egg mixture.
  • Step 2
    Melt extra butter in a frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan.
  • Step 3
    When partially cooked, slowly scrape egg mixture towards the middle of the pan. Continue doing this until just cooked.
  • Step 4
    Serve on hot toast.
  • Step 5
    Top with smoked salmon.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with parsley.
