There's no need to spend hours in the kitchen with this speedy keto-friendly dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs shredded coconut
- 2 tbs coconut cream
- 1 tbs pepitas
- 1 tbs sunflower seeds
- 1 tbs MCT oil optional

Step 1Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Recipe Notes
Feel free to use your nut butter of choice.
You can also add a tbs MCT oil if you like.
