Very tasty served with crackers or corn chips.
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tbs grainy mustard
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato chopped strips
- 200 g tasty cheese grated
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp chives chopped
Method

Step 1Leave cream cheese to soften.

Step 2Add seeded mustard and sundried tomato, and mix well.

Step 3Add grated cheese and mix well.

Step 4Season to taste with black pepper and mix again.

Step 5Shape into 1 or 2 balls and roll in combined parsley and chives.
Recipe Notes
If shaping into 2 balls, one can be frozen for another time. Remove from fridge 1 hour before serving to soften a little.
