These are yum!
Ingredients
- 500 g raw peanuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp pink liquid food colouring
Method

Step 1Place ingredients into a hot electric frypan.

Step 2Stir until the sugar crystallises.

Step 3Transfer into a large baking dish and stir with spoon for a minute to prevent nuts from sticking together.

Step 4Allow to cool.
Recipe Notes
I make these at Christmas - great for filling glasses, bowls or jars and to give as presents.
I used rose pink food colouring.
