Packed with two types of chocolate, Cherry Ripe bars and Turkish Delight, everyone will love this quick and easy dessert. You can even give them out as gifts this Christmas. - cinshe

Ingredients

250g milk chocolate chopped
250g dark chocolate chopped
2 Cherry Ripe chocolate bars, chopped
2 Turkish Delight bars, chopped
200g mini marshmallows
1/2 cup pistachios

Method

Step 1

Line a slice tin with baking paper, cling wrap or foil.
Step 2

Combine all ingredients (except milk and dark chocolate) in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3

Melt milk and dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low.
Step 4

Pour dry ingredients into melted chocolate and mix well.
Step 5

Pour mixture into tin. Refrigerate until set.
Step 6

Cut into slices (square or triangles) with a warm knife.

You can use any chocolate for melting; chocolate buttons or chocolate blocks. You can use a mixture of pistachio nuts and peanuts, and chopped large marshmallows instead of small ones. This is a great colourful recipe that is excellent to be served at parties. I also make this to be given as gifts during Christmas, Easter or on special occasions.
