Packed with two types of chocolate, Cherry Ripe bars and Turkish Delight, everyone will love this quick and easy dessert. You can even give them out as gifts this Christmas.
Ingredients
- 250g milk chocolate chopped
- 250g dark chocolate chopped
- 2 Cherry Ripe chocolate bars, chopped
- 2 Turkish Delight bars, chopped
- 200g mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pistachios
Method

Step 1Line a slice tin with baking paper, cling wrap or foil.

Step 2Combine all ingredients (except milk and dark chocolate) in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3Melt milk and dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low.

Step 4Pour dry ingredients into melted chocolate and mix well.

Step 5Pour mixture into tin. Refrigerate until set.

Step 6Cut into slices (square or triangles) with a warm knife.

Recipe Notes
You can use any chocolate for melting; chocolate buttons or chocolate blocks. You can use a mixture of pistachio nuts and peanuts, and chopped large marshmallows instead of small ones. This is a great colourful recipe that is excellent to be served at parties. I also make this to be given as gifts during Christmas, Easter or on special occasions.
