This lunch idea you’ll actually look forward to eating come midday.
Ingredients
- 1 focaccia dough ball
- 150 g roasted turkey
- 200 g sweet Gorgonzola PDO
- Rocket
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Divide the dough in 6 balls.

Step 2Roll out on a baking tray with focaccia shape, pressing the dough with your fingers.

Step 3Add a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt, preheat the oven to 240° and then cook until well baked.

Step 4Once cold, cut them in half and stuff with a first layer of rocket.

Step 5Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6Add the roasted turkey and a few slices of sweet Gorgonzola.
