This is a very easy, curried rice salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cup rice boiled
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 1 red apple diced skin on
- 1 cup sultanas
Dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp curry powder
Method

Step 1Mix salad ingredients together.

Step 2Dressing: Place all ingredients in a jar.

Step 3Shake until well mixed.

Step 4Add to salad and combine.
