Colourful and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup lentil flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 cm ginger minced
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Minted yoghurt
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 cup mint chopped
Method

Step 1Mix the minted yoghurt ingredients together and refrigerate.

Step 2Sift the lentil flour and baking powder into bowl. Add all spices, garlic, ginger, pepper and salt. Add 150 ml cold water to make batter then add onion and stir.

Step 3Heat oil in frypan and add a heaped tablespoon of mixture a few at a time. Shallow fry til golden brown on outside. Drain on paper towel and serve with the minted yoghurt.
