This sweet snack only contains 4 ingredients and is made even sweeter thanks to sweetened condensed milk. Pop them in lunch boxes, take them on road trips, or snack on a few whenever the craving strikes. You’ll love the creamy chocolate balls coated in coconut so much, it will be hard to stop at just one!
How to make coconut bliss balls: key tips
Crush the biscuits in a food processor until crumbs form. You could also place the biscuits in a sealable bag and bash with a rolling pin, if you like. Just ensure that the crushed pieces are small enough and as even as possible. Then it’s just a matter of mixing all the ingredients together.
Roll the balls to about the size of a walnut, using wet hands so that the mixture doesn’t stick to your skin. You’ll then need to roll the balls in extra coconut until they are well coated.
Key ingredients in this coconut bliss balls recipe
Any sweet plain biscuits will work for these bliss balls. Try Marie or Milk Arrowroots, for example. Use a good-quality cocoa powder for the best chocolatey taste.
Desiccated coconut adds sweetness and texture to these bliss balls, while also ensuring the outside of the balls aren’t sticky.
Sweetened condensed milk is like the glue that holds everything together in these balls. It also adds a delicious creamy caramel flavour.
Love these balls? Fantastic! How about adding Weet-Bix bliss balls and Milo balls to your snack-time menu, too?

Recipe Notes
Why are my coconut bliss balls not holding together?
Did you crush the biscuits into small enough crumbs? Smaller crumbs will soak up the condensed milk much better and will make rolling into solid balls much easier.
How do I store coconut bliss balls?
These balls will keep better in the fridge and will remain firm rather than become sticky. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
