Easy batter for fish or potato cakes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup water warmed
- 2 tsp white vinegar
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Step 2Coat fish or potato cakes in a little self-raising flour then dip into batter, coating well.

Step 3Fry in hot oil.
