I make these for functions and they never last, everyone asks me for the recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 3 bacon rashers sliced
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except pastry, together.

Step 2Cut pastry to fit into greased patty tins.

Step 3Spoon mixture into each patty tin.

Step 4Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
I use patty tins for these quiches and use a glass slightly bigger than the tin to cut the pastry.
