Ingredients

  • 225 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 1 cup pumpkin mash warmed
  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 150C.
  • Step 2
    Beat butter and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time while beating.
  • Step 3
    Mix in mashed pumpkin carefully. Add fruit.
  • Step 4
    Sift flours together and fold in.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a greased, lined 20 cm x 20 cm tin for 1½ hours.
