Easy and good to eat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin mash warmed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 2 egg
- 125 g butter
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 250 g mixed dried fruit
- 1 pinch salt
Method

Step 1Beat pumpkin, sugar and butter for a few minutes. Add syrup and beat until creamy.

Step 2Add eggs, flour and fruit. Pour into 22 cm cake tin.

Step 3Bake in moderate oven for 1½ hours.
