This is the most fool proof method of cooking brown rice I have used! Works every time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup black rice
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method

Step 1Put everything into the pressure cooker and then give it a stir.

Step 2Set timer to 22 minutes and use quick release method when done.

I used a combination of black and brown rice and fried it with some kimchi. Fantastic!
