Prawn, shallot and sweet chilli sauce wrapped in spring roll paper.
Ingredients
- 32 green prawns deveined peeled
- 1 bunch spring onions chopped halved
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 250 g spring roll wrappers gow gee wrappers quartered
- 2 tbs oil for frying
Method

Step 1Chop shallots into 3 cm lengths.

Step 2Spread pastry with sweet chilli sauce.

Step 3Top with 2 prawns and shallot and roll up.

Step 4Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5Serve immediately.
