A home-made prawn pizza that is simple to make and also easy on the calories.
Ingredients
- 1 Lebanese bread
- 1/3 cup light cream cheese
- 1/4 white onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 150 g prawns cooked peeled
- 60 g parmesan cheese grated
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2Spread the cream cheese over the Lebanese bread.

Step 3Lay the tomato slices and onion over the cream cheese.

Step 4Evenly place the prawns over the onion and tomato.

Step 5Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top.

Step 6Bake for 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Use round Lebanese bread, spreadable light cream cheese and cooked, peeled prawns, tail detached.
