Recipe Notes
My girls took these to school for lunch the day after and said they were still delicious. I use Kitchen Collection Crusty White Bread Mix for the dough, prepared in the bread machine. I usually make my own tomato sauce using 1 x 400 g can crushed tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon basil and 1 tablespoon olive oil, blended or processed together. I prefer this sauce as the bottled pasta sauces can be too strong. You can use any ingredients for the filling that you prefer.
