Ingredients
- 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 handful fresh mint chopped
- 250 g biscuits *to serve

Recipe Notes
The easiest way to make this is to use disposable gloves and mix the ingredients with your hands.
This is best made 24 hours before it is required to allow the mint flavour to go through the other ingredients.
