Recipe Notes

You can make this dessert as little or as big as you like. Homebrand Ginger Nuts are fine and if you don't like the ginger taste, Butternut Snaps work well also. I have also substituted crushed pineapple for "Crushed Tropical Fruit Salad" which is also delicious. This has replaced our traditional trifle at Christmas time! I used ginger nut biscuits.
