Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 x 95g can sweetcorn & mayonnaise tuna
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced, plus extra to serve
  • 2 cups pizza blend cheese mix
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1
Place the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add the milk and eggs. Use a whisk to combine. Stir in cheese, tuna and spring onions. Season well.
  • Step 2
Place enough mixture to come nearly to the top of the holes of a pie maker. Turn the pie maker on. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the reamining mixture in two more batches. Serve warm, sprinkled with extra spring onions if desired.
