Ingredients

  • 150g dried spaghetti
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 500g beef mince
  • 400g jar bolognese pasta sauce
  • 2 eggs lightly whisked
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Perfect Bake cheese mix

Method

  • Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water for 12 minutes or until just cooked. Drain and run under cold water. Chop into smaller lengths using scissors.
  • Step 2
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the mince and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add the pasta sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thick. Season. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Step 3
Combine the pasta, mince mixture, eggs, flour, parsley and half of the cheese.
  • Step 4
Turn on the pie maker. Fill the hopes with the mixture. Top with half of the remaining cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until set. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Recipe Notes

You can also use pork or veal mince if you like.

You can even use up leftover spaghetti bolognese and skip to step 3.
