Made with just 3 ingredients, these sweet passionfruit and vanilla cakes are cooked in your pie maker!
Ingredients
- 470g pkt moist vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup Passiona
- 1 tbs passionfruit pulp
Method

Step 1Place the cake mix in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and pour in the Passiona. Use a whisk to combine.

Step 2Transfer enough of the cake batter to fill the four holes of the pie maker. Turn on the pie maker. Close and cook for 10 minutes or until the cakes are cooked. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Step 3Place the icing from the cake mix in a bowl. Add the passionfruit pulp and stir until smooth. Ice the cakes.
