Ingredients

  • 170g Arnott's Nice biscuits crushed
  • 85g butter melted
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp gelatine powder dissolved
  • 1 tbs hot water
  • 1 Nestle* Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars grated
  • 2 drops peppermint essence

Method

  • Step 1
    Add melted butter to crushed biscuits.
  • Step 2
    Press into foil lined tart plate.
  • Step 3
    Place in fridge to set.
  • Step 4
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour into chilled biscuit base.

  • Step 5
    Decorate with grated chocolate.
Recipe Notes

This cheesecake is best made the day prior to serving to allow the peppermint flavour to seep through the cheesecake!
Dissolve 1 tsp gelatin in the 1 tbs hot water.
