This no-bake peppermint chocolate cheesecake is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 170g Arnott's Nice biscuits crushed
- 85g butter melted
- 250g cream cheese
- 395g condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp gelatine powder dissolved
- 1 tbs hot water
- 1 Nestle* Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars grated
- 2 drops peppermint essence

Method

Step 1Add melted butter to crushed biscuits.

Step 2Press into foil lined tart plate.

Step 3Place in fridge to set.

Step 4Mix all other ingredients together and pour into chilled biscuit base.

Step 5Decorate with grated chocolate.
Recipe Notes
This cheesecake is best made the day prior to serving to allow the peppermint flavour to seep through the cheesecake!
Dissolve 1 tsp gelatin in the 1 tbs hot water.
