Quick and easy. Great for entertaining and for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 375 g dark chocolate melts
- 4 drops peppermint extract
- 185 g white chocolate melts
- 1 tsp green liquid food colouring
Method

Step 1Line base and sides of a 20 cm square cake tin.

Step 2Place half the dark chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Mix in 2 drops of essence.

Step 3Pout into base of tin. Tap tin on bench to rid the mix of air bubbles.

Step 4Refrigerate for 5 minutes until set.

Step 5Place white melts in bowl and repeat above remembering to stir. Mix until smooth. Add green colour and pour over first layer. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

Step 6Melt the second half of dark chocolate following the same procedure, add essence and pour over green layer. Tap to clear bubbles and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 7Use cutters to make desired shapes and place in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
