Ingredients

  • 250 g pearl couscous
  • 3 knackwurst sausage
  • 1 carrot large sliced
  • 1 tsp sweet mild paprika
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 1 yellow capsicum sliced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 brown onion diced
  • 2 tbs parsley chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 pinch Vegeta Gourmet Vegetable Stock powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add onion, carrot, knackwurst and cook until the carrot is soft. Add paprika and stir, then pour in stock.
  • Step 2
    Add pearl couscous and capsicum, and cook until soft. If necessary, add a splash of water. Add garlic, parsley and stir. Season with Vegeta Gourmet Stock and pepper.
