Looks great and tastes even better: add a delicious twist to your favourite dessert.
Ingredients
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 0.6 cup smooth peanut butter
Method

Step 1Preheat fan-forced oven to 160C. Line a tin with baking paper.

Step 2Using an electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3Add eggs one at a time and beat on low speed.

Step 4Mix through flour and cocoa.

Step 5Pour mix into prepared tin.

Step 6Place small spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of mixture. Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter through the brownie mixture until you have a rippled effect.

Step 7Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
