I first cooked this recipe in the sixties and it's a wonderful dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs gelatine powder
- 2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 2 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 6 passionfruit
- 1 whipped cream
Method

Step 1Soak gelatine in 1 cup of cold water.

Step 2Place the sugar, fruit juice and 1 cup of cold water in a saucepan.

Step 3Blend flour with a little of the liquid.

Step 4Bring remaining ingredients to the boil, add blended flour and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 5Add dissolved gelatine and cook for another minute.

Step 6Remove from heat and beat.

Step 7When cool add passionfruit pulp.

Step 8Beat until white and fluffy.
