Ingredients

  • 1 tbs gelatine powder
  • 2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 2 orange juiced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 6 passionfruit
  • 1 whipped cream

Method

  • Step 1
    Soak gelatine in 1 cup of cold water.
  • Step 2
    Place the sugar, fruit juice and 1 cup of cold water in a saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Blend flour with a little of the liquid.
  • Step 4
    Bring remaining ingredients to the boil, add blended flour and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add dissolved gelatine and cook for another minute.
  • Step 6
    Remove from heat and beat.
  • Step 7
    When cool add passionfruit pulp.
  • Step 8
    Beat until white and fluffy.
Recipe Notes
Cream can be substituted with custard.
