A favourite in our house. This is a delicious and different way to serve potatoes.
Ingredients
- 20 potato
- 40 tbs parmesan cheese
- 20 tbs butter
Method

Step 1Cut potatoes into thin slices and fan out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 2Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 3Dot potatoes with butter, or drizzle olive oil along the length of the potato.

Step 4Bake at 200C for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are cooked through.

Recipe Notes
I also make a healthier version of this using spray oil instead of butter. Hold the spray can well away from the potato to avoid losing your Parmesan. Use 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese per potato, and 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil per potato.
