Ingredients

  • 20 potato
  • 40 tbs parmesan cheese
  • 20 tbs butter

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut potatoes into thin slices and fan out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    Dot potatoes with butter, or drizzle olive oil along the length of the potato.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 200C for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are cooked through.

  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 baking paper
Recipe Notes
I also make a healthier version of this using spray oil instead of butter. Hold the spray can well away from the potato to avoid losing your Parmesan. Use 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese per potato, and 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil per potato.
