Ingredients

  • 250 g lean beef mince
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 440 g canned corn cob kernels
  • 225 g tomato puree
  • 200 g tomato soup
  • 225 g spaghetti cooked
  • 190 g canned mushroom
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    In a large pan, gently cook onions in butter or margarine until soft. Do not let onions brown.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix well.
  • Step 4
    Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake for approximately 1 hour.

  • 1 casserole dish
Recipe Notes

You can substitute diced tomatoes (canned or fresh) for the tomato soup.
