This is a quick get-together-dish for the country cooks who usually have these ingredients on pantry shelves.
Ingredients
- 250 g lean beef mince
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs butter
- 440 g canned corn cob kernels
- 225 g tomato puree
- 200 g tomato soup
- 225 g spaghetti cooked
- 190 g canned mushroom
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2In a large pan, gently cook onions in butter or margarine until soft. Do not let onions brown.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix well.

Step 4Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 5Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Recipe Notes
You can substitute diced tomatoes (canned or fresh) for the tomato soup.
