This oriental 2 minute noodle salad is quick and easy to make and something different for that summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage sliced
- 8 tbs slivered almonds toasted
- 6 spring onions sliced
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 x 85 g Maggi 2 minute noodles
- 1 carrot grated
Dressing
- 3 tbs sugar
- 4 tbs white vinegar
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Method

Step 1Dissolve sugar in 1½ cups boiling water.

Step 2Add 2 flavour sachets from noodles and mix. Add oil, vinegar and soy sauce.

Step 3Stir and pour over lightly crushed noodles. Allow to absorb and mix with other ingredients.
