A delicious, healthy chicken stir-fry with vegetables and noodles that'll be on the table in 10 minutes! An easy weeknight dinner that's a huge hit with the kids too.
Ingredients
- 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
- Handful green beans, ends trimmed
- 500g chicken mince
- 2x 350g packets Hokkien noodles
- 3 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 5 tbs soy or Tamari sauce
- Sesame seeds, optional
Method

Step 1In a pan with a little olive oil cook beans and capsicum.

Step 2Move aside the vegetables in the pan and cook chicken mince till brown.

Step 3As chicken is cooking, prepare noodles per packet instructions. Most will only require soaking in boiling water then drain.

Step 4Pop noodles into pan, add sauces and toss around.

Step 5Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
