Ingredients

  • 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
  • Handful green beans, ends trimmed
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2x 350g packets Hokkien noodles
  • 3 tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • 5 tbs soy or Tamari sauce
  • Sesame seeds, optional

Method

  • Step 1
    In a pan with a little olive oil cook beans and capsicum.
  • Step 2
    Move aside the vegetables in the pan and cook chicken mince till brown.
  • Step 3
    As chicken is cooking, prepare noodles per packet instructions. Most will only require soaking in boiling water then drain.
  • Step 4
    Pop noodles into pan, add sauces and toss around.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.

  • Wok or large frying pan
