Ingredients

  • 6 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 g bacon rashers
  • 150 g cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 160C.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs with an electric beater for 20 seconds.
  • Step 3
    Add milk, bacon and half the cheese.
  • Step 4
    Place ingredients into a greased quiche dish.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for approximately 1 hour.
Recipe Notes
You may wish to add chopped onion, chives and garlic. You could use ham instead of bacon.
