A quick, easy and satisfying soup.
Ingredients
- 420 g tomato soup
- 420 g can condensed spicy tomato soup
- 2 carrots chopped
- 4 celery sticks chopped
- 1 brown onion chopped
- 1 cup spirals pasta shapes
- 1 L hot water
Method

Step 1Place carrot, celery and onion in a large pot.

Step 2Cover with hot water and bring to the boil.

Step 3Simmer until vegetables are soft.

Step 4Add pasta and soup. Cook until pasta is cooked through and soup is hot.
Recipe Notes
Add a clove of garlic for a bit of extra flavour.
Use pasta spirals or bows.
You can add more vegetables if you prefer a chunky soup.
Be careful not to overcook pasta, it is best to slightly undercook it if you plan on reheating the soup.
