I personally don't like mushrooms, so I don't eat this, but when I serve it to guests they always rave about it!
Ingredients
- 25 g butter
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 125 g button mushrooms sliced
- 2/3 cup thickened cream
- 2 tbs fresh chives chopped
Method

Step 1Heat butter in a pan, add mustard, then mushrooms.

Step 2Stir over low heat until mushrooms are tender.

Step 3Stir in cream. Bring to boil, then simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 4Stir in chives before serving.
