Very refreshing in summer.
Ingredients
- 300 g sour cream
- 100 g plain biscuits
- 2 tbs vanilla sugar
- 1 mango peeled sliced
- 225 g canned pineapple
- 2 tbs fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Method

Step 1In a saucepan over medium heat, add blueberries, water and sugar and boil for 1 minute. Strain and reserve berries. Pour liquid back into saucepan. Add cornflour mixed with some water and bring to the boil to make thicken the sauce. Allow to cool.

Step 2In a bowl, mix sour cream and vanillin sugar. Break biscuits into pieces and arrange in serving glasses. Layer sour cream, biscuits, fruit and sauce. Serve cold
