Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 400 g kransky sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs milk
  • 1 tomato sauce *to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat fan-forced oven to 190C degrees. Line or grease a baking tray.
  • Step 2
    Cut puff pastry into squares and brush the edges with egg mixed with milk. Add two mini kransky sausages, lengthways and press the corners together.
  • Step 3
    Place the wrapped kranskys onto a baking tray. Brush with egg mixture. Bake in the pre-heated oven until golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Serve with tomato sauce or just on it's own or with vegetable salad.

  • 1 pastry brush
Recipe Notes

This is good idea for kids lunch,snack or when you have a party etc. It is not expensive and all family can make. I like to use Gotzinger kransky sausages with cheese.
