This 5-ingredient dinner is quick, easy and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 200g beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- 4 slices bacon rashers cut lengthways
- 2 tbs pizza sauce
Method

Step 1In a bowl, combine the minced meat, garlic, spring onion and pizza sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2Press the mince mixture into balls of approximately 2 tablespoons in size.

Step 3Roll the bacon strip around the circumference and secure with a toothpick.

Step 4Press the mignon down to flatten slightly.

Step 5Place onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200C for 20 - 25 minutes.

Step 6Remove toothpicks once cooked.
