A tasty, quick Asian inspired dish.
Ingredients
- 500 g lean beef steak, minced
- 3 cup cabbage shredded
- 2 celery stalk finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch spring onion sliced
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbs sugar
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (liquid)
- 200 g thin egg noodle
- 1 tbs peanut oil
Method

Step 1Place mince in mixing bowl.

Step 2Add cornflour, sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce and combine well. Marinate for several hours.

Step 3Cook noodles as per packet instructions, drain and set aside.

Step 4Heat oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir fry until tender.

Step 5Add meat, and cook until brown and tender. Add drained noodles.

Step 6Combine chicken stock and remaining soy sauce and add to wok. Stir until boiling and well combined. Serve.
