Delicious, quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chilli sauce
- 800 g spaghetti
- 40 g vegetable soup mix
- 1/4 cup water
Method

Step 1Brown mince. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2Stir in curry powder, mustard powder, tomato sauce, spicy red sauce and spaghetti.

Step 3Mix soup mix with water and pour into mince mixture.

Step 4Stir well and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Recipe Notes
I use any leftover mince to make pies in my pie maker, and Fountain spicy red sauce or chilli sauce. Use tin spaghetti in tomato sauce and spring vegetable soup mix.
