Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel crumbed fresh
  • 175 g corn chip
  • 300 g salsa medium
  • 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1 cooking oil spray

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Lightly spray a shallow 8 cup capacity ovenproof dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat with oil.
  • Step 4
    Cook schnitzels for 1-2 minutes each side or until lightly browned. Drain on kitchen paper then cut in half.
  • Step 5
    Layer corn chips and chicken across dish.
  • Step 6
    Spoon over salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Serve with a salad.
