A simple mid-week meal that is not too spicy for the kids.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken schnitzel crumbed fresh
- 175 g corn chip
- 300 g salsa medium
- 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 cooking oil spray
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Lightly spray a shallow 8 cup capacity ovenproof dish with cooking spray.

Step 3Heat a frying pan over medium heat with oil.

Step 4Cook schnitzels for 1-2 minutes each side or until lightly browned. Drain on kitchen paper then cut in half.

Step 5Layer corn chips and chicken across dish.

Step 6Spoon over salsa and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 7Bake for 20 minutes.
