Ingredients

  • 290 g white chocolate melts
  • 1 packet mini marshmallows
  • 1 black icing pen
  • 1 packet orange sprinkles
  • 1 packet red sour straps
  • 1 packet Mars green M&M’s

Method

  • Step 1
Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Spread on a large tray lined with baking paper. Before the chocolate sets, decorate to create melted snowmen.
  • Step 2
Use halved mini marshmallows dotted with black icing pen for the eyes. Place an orange sprinkle for the nose. Use scissors to cut sour straps to make scarves. Dot the M&M’s on as buttons.
  • Step 3
Allow to set, then cut or break the snowmen into individual pieces.
Recipe Notes

Avoid getting any steam or moisture into the bowl when you are melting the chocolate as this will cause it to seize.

You can melt chocolate in bursts in the microwave if you prefer.

Get creative with your decorations. You could use pretzels for arms, cut sour straps in the shape of hats, and candy eyeballs are available in supermarkets too.
