Chocolate truffles with marshmallows on inside.
Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 200 g condensed milk
- 125 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 400 g marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 250 g biscuits
- 1/4 cup coconut to coat
Method

Step 1Combine butter, condensed milk, brown sugar and cocoa in a saucepan and heat until melted, stirring all the time.

Step 2Add vanilla and crushed biscuits.

Step 3Shape into balls around a marshmallow and roll in coconut.

Step 4Keep in fridge.
Recipe Notes
Keep hands damp when rolling mixture around marshmallow for easier rolling. If marshmallows are large they can be cut in half, to make more.
Makes 30-40.
These are great as a standby in the freezer. We make these a lot for birthdays, school and school camps.
I used Marie biscuits.
