Succulent, tasty and very more-ish. You won't be able to stop at one!
Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wing
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbs honey
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 garlic clove minced
Method

Step 1Cut the chicken wings into 3 pieces and throw out the tips.

Step 2Place wing pieces in a marinating dish. Combine the rest of ingredients. Stir well and pour over the wing pieces.

Step 3Refrigerate for a least 4 hours or overnight for a stronger flavour.

Step 4Place wings and marinade in roasting tray and cook at 180C for approximately 40 minutes, turning often. Once cooked remove wings from pan and set aside.

Step 5Bring the remaining juices to the boil and thicken with a little cornflour/water mixture. This makes a fantastic gravy .
Recipe Notes
Fountain brand soy sauce gives the best overall taste. Cutting wings into pieces is optional, but makes cooking and eating easier then a whole wing. These wings are great on the BBQ
