Easy ice blocks that are good for using up excess mangoes.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 x 380 mL can chilled evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Method

Step 1Skin mango and remove stone then puree the mango flesh.

Step 2Whip cold evaporated milk with whisk or beater until mixture fluffs up to approximately 4 times its original size.

Step 3Mix mango puree with whipped milk, add sugar, whip briefly until mixed.

Step 4Pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze overnight.
