Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 x 380 mL can chilled evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Skin mango and remove stone then puree the mango flesh.
  • Step 2
    Whip cold evaporated milk with whisk or beater until mixture fluffs up to approximately 4 times its original size.
  • Step 3
    Mix mango puree with whipped milk, add sugar, whip briefly until mixed.
  • Step 4
    Pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze overnight.
