A quick refreshing smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 cup Pauls lactose-free Zymil milk
Method

Step 1Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy.

You can also add a fresh passionfruit which also works well.
I use Zymil low fat milk.
