A beef dish with spaghetti. A family favourite.
Ingredients
- 1 onion medium
- 500 g beef steak, diced
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1/2 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 cup water
- 3 potato small
- 1 canned peas
- 2 egg
- 400 g spaghetti cooked *to serve
Method

Step 1Fry onion until soft, add steak and continue to cook until brown.

Step 2Add tomato paste, water and red wine, bring to the boil and reduce heat.

Step 3Add curry powder, mixed spice, bay leaf and potatoes. Simmer for 1 hour.

Step 4Add the eggs and peas to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve with cooked spaghetti.
